Replies in Taglish
A review that reads "Sobrang sarap ng sisig, pero medyo matagal yung service" should get an answer in the same mix of Filipino and English. Mapkita drafts every reply in the language the customer wrote in, and it is built around Taglish first.
RepliFast detects the language of each review and replies in it, across 50+ languages. Its published list does not name Tagalog. If your reviews are mostly Taglish, paste one into its free plan and judge the reply yourself.[2]
Your hours, along with your reviews
Mapkita checks your hours and details, asks you before Holy Week, Undas or Christmas, and puts your special hours on Google once you answer. RepliFast is clear that it writes services, posts and replies, and does not touch hours, photos or categories.[3]
Where RepliFast is the better pick
Past 5 locations, RepliFast is cheaper per location and you can add them yourself; Mapkita moves you to the franchise offer. It takes cards today, has a 14-day money-back guarantee, and lists more languages. For a hotel or restaurant with many foreign guests, those count.[1],[2]
