Questions

What owners ask us

Which Google review tool replies in Taglish?

Mapkita writes each reply in the language the customer used, Taglish and Filipino included. RepliFast and Reply Champion both say they reply in the reviewer's language across 50+ languages; neither lists Tagalog or Taglish on its site (checked Oct 20, 2026). Try one of your own Taglish reviews on their free plan or trial before you pay.

Is there a free way to reply to Google reviews?

Yes. Google Business Profile is free, and you can reply to every review yourself. Mapkita's Monitor plan is free too and adds new-review alerts and 3 drafted replies a month. RepliFast's free plan gives 5 AI replies a month.

Which tool is cheapest for one shop?

Of the published paid prices, Reply Champion's $10 a month (or $100 a year) is the lowest, and covers replies and review requests. RepliFast Starter is $15 a month. Mapkita Autopilot is ₱699 a month and also keeps your hours right and writes posts. Birdeye does not publish a price.

What should a franchise or chain use?

Up to 5 branches, the self-serve tools here publish their multi-location prices: Mapkita adds ₱399 a month per extra branch. For bigger networks, Mapkita's franchise offer starts with a free network audit and a 60-day pilot, and Birdeye is built for brands with hundreds of locations.
