Free GCash QR code template for your counter

Upload the QR from your GCash or Maya app and this free GCash QR code template puts it on a printable counter sign, with a second QR beside it that opens your Google review box. Free, and your payment QR never leaves your device.

1. Your payment QR

2. Your business on Google

Pick your business from the list, like on Google Maps.

How it works

  1. 1Save the QR your GCash or Maya app shows for receiving payments, as a download or a screenshot. Only GCash or Maya can make that code; this tool prints it. Zoom in below until the code fills the box.
  2. 2Find your business on Google Maps, or paste your review link, for the second code. It opens your Google review box with the stars ready to tap.
  3. 3Pick a size: an A5 counter sign (two to an A4 sheet), a table tent that folds in half, or an A4 poster. Choose the wording: GCash, Maya, both, or QR Ph for any bank app.
  4. 4Download the PDF and print it at 100% scale. Before you put it up, scan the payment code with another phone: it should show your name or your store's name before any money moves.

Why it matters

The payment QR is the one thing almost every customer already scans at a Philippine counter. Their phone is out and the camera is open. A review code next to it asks at the best possible moment, without anyone having to say a word, and it costs nothing to add.

Print the sign rather than taping up a phone screenshot: a crisp code scans first time, a faded one makes a queue. Laminate it, and look at it every morning. A sticker pasted over a shop's payment code is the oldest QR trick there is, and the line under your code tells customers to check your name before they pay. Frequently asked

Can I generate a GCash QR code here?
No. Only GCash, or Maya, can create the QR that pays you, because the code carries your account. Save it from your app, upload it here, and this tool turns it into a print-ready sign.
Will customers with other e-wallets or bank apps be able to pay?
If your code carries the QR Ph mark, any bank or e-wallet app that supports QR Ph can scan it. Choose the QR Ph wording and the sign says so. What QR Ph is explains the standard.
Is my payment QR uploaded or stored?
No. The image is read and drawn in your browser, and the PDF is made on your device. Nothing is sent to Mapkita.
Is it allowed to put a review QR next to the payment QR?
Yes. Google encourages businesses to ask for reviews. What it forbids is offering anything in exchange, such as a discount for a five-star review, or asking only the customers you expect to be happy.
How big should the QR codes be?
At least 3 cm wide, so older phones read them from arm's length. On the A5 counter sign each code is about 6.5 cm, which reads from across a counter.

The sign brings the reviews. Mapkita answers them.

Every review your counter brings in gets a reply in your customer’s language, and you approve anything sensitive. Start with a free check.
