Is the network audit really free?
Yes. It uses public Google Maps data, so we need no access from you, only your brand name. You keep the audit whether or not we work together.
How do we start?
With the free audit. Then we agree which branches go first, you connect the listings with Google's own sign-in, and Mapkita starts working the same week.
Do franchisees need to install anything or be trained?
No. Branch managers get their fixes by Viber or email and approve with one tap. There's nothing to install.
What if a franchisee ignores the messages?
Mapkita reminds them, then tells the area manager. Replies to routine reviews can post on their own where HQ allows it, so no customer is left without an answer.
Some of our listings are unclaimed or duplicated. Can you fix that?
Yes. Mapkita finds them in the audit, helps each branch claim its listing and asks Google to merge or remove duplicates, so every review lands on the right branch.
How is pricing calculated?
