Why it matters
The fewer steps between a happy customer and the stars, the more reviews you get. Asking someone to "search us on Google and leave a review" loses most of them on the way: they search, find a competitor with a similar name, or give up at the sign-in screen. - Does the review link expire?
- No. It is built from your place ID, which stays the same as long as the business listing exists. It only breaks if the listing is removed or merged into another one.
- Can I use the link if I have not claimed my Business Profile?
