A price you can read first
Birdeye shares its pricing after you fill in a form with your company and number of locations. Mapkita's prices are on the pricing page: ₱699 a month for one shop, ₱399 for each extra branch up to 5 branches, and a per-branch price for bigger networks after a free audit.[3]
Who approves the reply
In a Philippine chain the branch manager knows whether the aircon was really broken on Saturday. Mapkita sends the draft to that person, inside the rules HQ sets, and sends sensitive reviews to HQ. Birdeye also lets agents act on their own or wait for approval, with tiers for corporate and local teams.[1]
Where Birdeye is the better pick
Birdeye covers far more than Google reviews: listings on other sites, social publishing and thousands of integrations, with the certifications and access controls a large enterprise's IT team will ask for. Mapkita does not have those today. If you need them now, Birdeye is the safer choice.[1],[2]
