Should my café show wifi and power outlets on Google?

Yes. Google lets you mark free wifi on your profile, and you can mention outlets and study seats in your description and photos. Students and people looking for somewhere to work read those first, so keep them true: a listing that says wifi when it's down earns the next bad review.

How do I set holiday hours for my café on Google?

In your Business Profile, open Hours, then Special hours, and add each holiday a week or more ahead, even when you're open as usual. The holiday hours checker lists the next Philippine holidays.

How should a café reply to a review about seats or crowding?

Thank them, agree where it's fair, and tell the next reader when it's quieter, for example "Mas maluwag po kami bago mag-1pm." Leave out promises like more tables until they're actually there.
