Mapkita for ChatGPT

• Checks your Google Maps listing: a visibility score, what is missing (phone, website, hours, photos, reviews, rating) and what to fix first. It is the same check as the free one on this website.
• Compares you with shops nearby: businesses of the same kind around you, their ratings and reviews, and where you stand.
• Gives your Google review link and a QR code of it, to ask customers for reviews.
• Reads your public Google reviews (up to five, the ones Google shows first) so ChatGPT can sum them up or help you write replies, which you post yourself.
• Emails you the full report if you ask for it and give your email address. The address is used for that email only, unless you also agree to occasional tips from Mapkita.

Add Mapkita from the plugins in ChatGPT, then ask in your own words, for example:

• “How does Kanto Freestyle Breakfast in Katipunan look on Google Maps?”
• “Who are my competitors near my restaurant in Cubao?”
• “Give me the Google review link and a QR code for my shop.”
• “What are customers saying about us on Google? Help me reply to the low ones.”

Name the business with its city or barangay, or paste its Google Maps link. If there are several branches with the same name, ChatGPT will ask which one you mean.

• Change your Google listing or post replies for you: it only reads public information.
• Show every review: Google shares up to five per business, and not the owner's replies.
• Run without limits: each person gets a fair number of checks a day so the service stays free.

The plugin receives the business you ask about, an anonymous id and an approximate location that ChatGPT adds, and your email address only if you ask for the report by email.
